摘 要:目的探讨全方位教学质量监控体系中规范教研室集体备课对提高中青年教师教学质量的作用。方法随机抽取基础学院26名中青年教师分成对照组和实验组,监控专家连续3年对两组教师的授课及教师所在的教研室的集体备课进行监控。监控专家对实验组所在的教研室的集体备课进行整改,而不对照组进行整改。分析两组教学质量评分及教研室集体备课评分的不同。结果与对照组比较,实验组的教学质量评分和教研室的集体备课评分均增加(P<0.01)。与第一学年比较,实验组第二、三学年的教学质量评分和教研室的集体备课评分均增加(P<0.01),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论规范集体备课可以提高中青年教师的教学质量。Objective To investigate the effects of standard collective lessons preparation of staff room in comprehensive monitoring system on improvement of teaching quality of young teachers. Methods 26 young teachers of basic medicine college were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Teaching and lessons preparation of staff room were monitored by monitoring experts for three consecutive years. Monitoring experts reformed the lesson preparation in the experimental group, but in the control group the lessons preparation were not reformed. Scores of teaching quality and staff room's collective lessons preparation were analyzed between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of teaching quality and staff room's collective lessons preparation increased in the experimental group (P 〈 0.01). Compared with the first year, the scores increased in the the second and third year of the experimental group (P 〈 0.01), but there was no significant change in the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Standard collective lessons preparation can improve the teaching quality of young teachers.
