摘  要:目的分析微柱凝胶试验(MGT)与凝聚胺试验(MPT)在临床输血前检查中的优缺点,探讨最佳的交叉配血模式。方法选择需要或可能需要输血的患者1 485例,均采取MGT进行不规则抗体筛选,再分别用MPT对不规则抗体阴性患者进行交叉配血,用MGT对不规则抗体阳性患者进行交叉配血,并对结果进行分析。结果 1 485例患者中筛选出不规则抗体阳性者12例,并用MGT与MPT同时进行交叉配血,其中MPT交叉配血不相合8例,相合4例,相合率为33.33%;而MGT交叉配血不相合10例,相合2例,相合率为16.67%,两种配血方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MGT与MPT各有优缺点,故在临床上应根据患者的实际情况选择适宜的交叉配血方法,或两者联合使用,旨在确保输血安全的基础上降低医疗费用。Objective To analyze the merits and faults of the microtubes gel test and the manual polybrene test in the blood filtering, so that finding an optimum for the cross matching. Methods One thousand four hundred and eighty-five patients were chosen, and who needed to transfuse blood. All the patients were chosen the inordinanee antibody by the microtubes gel test, and next, the patients with the inordinanee antibody negative were transfused blood by manual polybrene test, and then the inordinance antibody masculine were transfused blood by mierotubes gel test. The effects would be analyzed. Results In 1 485 patients, there were 12 patients with inordinance antibody negative, and the MGT and MPT were used in the cross matching. Eight cases were not conform to the microtubes gel test, 4 cases were coincidence, the inconformity rate was 33.33%. Ten cases were not conform to the manual polybrene test, 2 cases were coincidence, the inconformity rate was 16.67%, there were different statistical significance between two testing methods (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The MGT and MPT are all having merits and faults, so should be according the patient's physical truth to choose a conformable transfused blood method. Two methods are combined, can insure the transfusion at safety and reduce the medical expense.
