摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术患者围术期的护理方法。方法对36例纵隔肿瘤患者行胸腔镜下肿物切除术,并给予术前心理护理,术后生命体征监测,指导康复期活动及饮食等综合护理。结果本组患者围术期心理健康平稳,术后7～9 d均康复出院。结论对纵隔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术后患者给予精心围术期护理,可确保手术成功,促进患者康复。Objective To study the care method of mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscope in perioperative. Meth- ods Thirty six patients with mediastinal tumor resection were given the resection under thoracoscope, and then given the psychological care in preoperative, vital-sign in postoperative was monitored, comprehensive care of guidance and rehabilitation activities and diet, and so on, were given. Results The mental health of patients was smoothly in the perioperative period, they recoveried from the hospital after operative for 7 to 9 days. Conclusion Giving elaborate perioperative care for the patients with mediastinal tumor resection under thoracoscope, can ensure the operation successful, and promote the re- cover of patients.
