摘 要:对某地微细粒低品位碳酸锰矿进行强磁选工艺试验,经强磁粗选,可获得品位和回收率分别为22.64%和51.76%的锰精矿,经疏水絮凝处理可将磁选精矿品位和回收率分别提高到23.06%和54.89%;经强化疏水絮凝处理,可获得品位和回收率分别为18.80%和10.69%的扫选精矿。An experimental study on high-intensity magnetic separation has been conducted of the fine and low-grade manganese carbonate ore from a certain region. With high-intensity magnetic roughing separation, manganese concentrate with the grade of 22.64% and the recovery rate of 51.76% were obtained. With hydrophobic flocculation treatment before high-intensity magnetic roughing separation, the grade and the recovery rate can be raised to 23.06% and 54.89%, respectively. Similarly, the separation effect can be remarkably improved after treatment by intensified hydrophobic floccula- tion before the first high-intensity magnetic scavenging separation, and the grade of scavenging con- centrate and the recovery rate of manganese is up to 18.80%, 10.69% from 16.28%, 8.07%.
