静脉留置针在截瘫患者腹壁的应用护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉留置针在截瘫患者的应用。方法:系统回顾13位截瘫患者102人次腹壁静脉穿刺及临床护理。结果:本组穿刺成功率90%,平均置管3～5天,无不良反应。结论:截瘫患者腹壁应用静脉留置针操作虽然有些困难,但只要掌握了正确的穿刺方法,严格无菌技术操作,就能提高置管的成功率,从而减少了截瘫患者的痛苦,保护了血管,减轻了护理工作量,提高了工作效率,最重要的是为抢救工作赢得了时间。适应临床,值得推广。Objective：To explore the application of venous indwelling acus in paraplegic. Methods：A systematic review of 13 paraplegia patients＇102 person - trips venous indwelling acus for paraplegic abdominal wall and clinical application Results： The success rate of puncturing was 90% as for this group, The average catheter insertion days were 3 -5 days, and no side effect. Conclusions： Although the operation is difficulties for venous indwelling acus in paraplegic abdominal wall, you can increase the success rate if grasp their puncture method and strict aseptic manipulation. This way can reduce some patients＇pain, protect the blood -vessel, reduce practice nursing, improves the efficiency, and the most important is win time to rescue patients. This is a suitable clinical examination method and worthy of being expanded.
