摘  要:目的:探讨蛇葡萄根对肝损伤的防护作用及机制。方法:采用刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导小鼠建立实验性肝损伤的动物模型,以地塞来松对照,观察高、中、低剂量蛇葡萄根组血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)含量、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性及肝脏病理变化。结果:高、中剂量蛇葡萄可减轻肝脏病理改变,明显降低血浆TNF-α、NO含量及ALT活性,与地塞米松组相比无显著差异。结论:蛇葡萄根具有较好的保护ConA诱导小鼠肝损伤作用。Aim: To investigate the protective effects of Ampelopsis brevipedunculata on mire liver injury induced by ConA. Methods: Liver injury models were induced by ConA in mice in vivo and treated with high, medium. low dosage Ampelopsis Brevipedunculata or Dexamethasone. Serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TN'F-α) contents, serum nitric oxide (NO) contents, Serum alanine aminotransferases (ALT) activities and histopathologic changes of the liver samples were observed. Results: High and medium dosage Ampelopsis Brevipeduncalata alleviated the histopathologial changes, decreased TNF-α and NO contents and ALT activities in the liver injured mice, and had no different from Dexamethasone used as control. Conclusion: Ampelopsis Brevipeduncalata has a good protective effects on liver injury induced by ConA.
