扶正抗癌方对大鼠移植性肝癌红细胞粘附功能及IL-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正抗癌方(FAP)对大鼠移植性肝癌红细胞免疫功能及IL-2水平的影响,为其抗肿瘤作用提供实验依据。方法:20只移植性肝癌模型随机分为NS和FAP两组,每组10只,并设正常组大鼠为对照,分别灌胃10天后测红细胞免疫功能及脾脏的IL-2水平。结果,FAP能显著提高RBC-C_(3b)RR,降低RBC-ICRR.促进IL-2产生(P<0.05及P<0.01)。结论:FAP确有调节红细胞免疫功能紊乱及促使IL-2产生作用,其抗癌效应可能于此有关。Aim: To explore the influence of red blood cell adhersive functions and Interleukin-2 of rats with implanted hepatoma treated with FAP. Methods Twenty cases with implanted hepatoma were divided into group FAP and group NS. each group had ten cases, and normal control group was built. After ten days treatment, red blood cell im-munologic functions and interlenkin-2 were detected. Results FAP could increase red blood cell immunologic functions and stimulate the production of interlenkin-2 (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01). Conclusion FAP could adjust red blood cell im-munologic function disturbance and stimulate production of interlenkin-2. The effects of anti-carcinoma of FAP may be connected with them.
