摘 要:目的探讨大鼠蛛网膜下腔置管、固定和保护的改进方法。方法 24只大鼠随机分为两组,每组12只,分别采用Yaksh置管法(Y组)和实验改进法(E组)行蛛网膜下腔置管、固定。Y组导管无保护,E组采用金属罩保护。测定两组大鼠热缩足反射潜伏期(PTWL)、机械缩足反射阈值(PWMT)、大鼠压爪反射潜伏期(HWL),并分析比较两组大鼠导管脱落情况。结果 Y组大鼠在置管后热阈值改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。置管1 d和4 dP-WTL无明显改变,PWMT下降,HWL下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。E组大鼠痛行为学差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采用Yaksh置管方法术后1,4,7,21 d的脱管率分别为50%,75%,82.5%,82.5%。E组采用金属罩保护装置大鼠导管均无脱落,两组比较差异均有高度统计学意义(均P﹤0.01)。结论改进后的置管方法及金属罩使用减少了导管的脱落,对大鼠痛行为学影响小,适合于大鼠蛛网膜下腔导管留置及给药。Objective To investigate improved method of rat subarachnoid catheterization, fixing and protecting. Methods Twenty-four adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 12), the Yaksh group (group Y) and the experiment group (group E). The traditional Yaksh method was used in the group Y to place intrathecal catheter with no mental shielding protection. Improved in- tratheeal catheter placement with mental shielding protection was used in the group E. The rat' s paw withdrawal latency to thermal stimuli (PWTL), paw withdrawal mechanical threshold (PWMT) , hindpaw withdrawal latency (HWL) was measured in the study. Results Rat' s behavior data showed no differ- ence in the baseline threshold. The PWMT value in day 1 and 4 in the group Y decreased more than that in the group E(P 〈0.05). The HWL value decreased more in dayl and 4 in the group Y that that in the E group(P 〈 0.05). Olny 50% catheter still existed in the rats in the group Y without mental shielding protection 1 day after being catheterlizated. Twenty-five Percent catheter was able to be used in day 4 after intrathecal catheter was used and only 16.7% catheters were used for more than 7 days. Conversely, the external portions of the catheters were kept intact in all rats with mental shielding protect at 21days after the surgery in the group E. Conclusion Through improving the way of place intrathecal catheter and metal cover use, rats have no obvious behavior change. Meanwhile, the number of experiment rats con- sumotion and catheter destrov rate significantlv reduce.
