摘　　要：LED焊接系统的硬件构成复杂,采用了功能构件的思想对系统进行设计,为了保证系统的实时性要求,不同的构件之间采用了不同的通信方式,对于消息通信方式,给出了消息的分层设计结构,针对硬件通信方式,给出了硬件通信协议的设计方案;系统的最后运行能够达到性能需求。The composite of LED bond system is complicated. The method based on function component was adopted. To satisfy the need of speed, different communication methods were adopted. As to message communication method, the architecture of message was given. As to hardware communication method, the protocol of communication based on hardware was given. The results show that the design satisfies our needs.
