盐酸尼卡地平治疗颅脑肿瘤术后高血压的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸尼卡地平治疗颅脑肿瘤患者术后高血压的疗效。方法选择40例颅脑肿瘤术后高血压患者,使用盐酸尼卡地平静脉注射治疗,初始剂量均为3.0μg/(kg.min),治疗30min后,改为6.0μg/(kg.min)再治疗30min,观察疗效,记录两次用药后30min的血压和心率。结果 38例患者在使用盐酸尼卡地平两种不同剂量治疗后血压均有下降,盐酸尼卡地平在6.0μg/(kg.min)的用药剂量时,治疗的显效率和有效率均高于3.0μg/(kg.min),但在用药剂量达6.0μg/(kg.min)时出现面色潮红3例,心率增快3例(>100次/分),心悸2例,而在3.0μg/(kg.min)时,仅出现面色潮红2例。结论颅脑肿瘤术后高血压患者静脉滴注盐酸尼卡地平可以快速、有效的降低血压,防止术后并发症。Objective To study the curative effect of the nicardipine hydrochloride to hypertension after craniotomy of intracranial tumor. Methods 40 hypertension patients with intracranial tumor after craniotomy were managed by nicardipine hydrochloride. The initial dosage was 3.0 μg/（kg · min） for 30 minutes. Then the dosage was increased to 6.0 μ g/ （kg ·min） for 30 minutes. Heart rates and blood pressures of the patients were recorded at 30 minutes after the injection. Results Nicardipine hydrochloride in two different curative dosages was effective in 38 patients, and the descended range of blood pressure in nicardipine hydrochloride group is satisfying. The efficiency and significant efficiency of nicardipine hydrochloride at 6.0μg/（kg · min） are higher than those of nicardipine hydrochloride at 3.0μg/（kg ·min）. At 6.0 pL g/（kg · min）, face flushing was present in 3 patients; tachycardia（ 〉100/minute） was present in 3 patients; palpitation was present in 2 patients. While at 3.0 μ g/ （ kg · min ）, only face flushing was present in 2 patients. Conclusion Intravenous nicardipine hydrochloride can lower blood pressure quickly and effectively after craniotomy and prevent the postoperation complications.
