摘　　要：目的对急诊抢救双硫伦样反应患者的临床治疗情况进行研究,探讨其临床发病原因和临床表现。方法随机选取2010年2月～2011年2月笔者所在医院90例发生双硫伦样反应的患者,并根据患者的具体情况进行急救处理,观察急诊抢救的临床效果,总结急救和护理方法。结果急救处理后90例患者的临床症状均得到改善,症状评分显示治疗后的评分显著好于治疗前(P<0.05),所有患者痊愈出院。结论双硫伦样反应的临床反应的临床表现繁多,通过及时合理的抢救治疗可以改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的满意度。Objective Research into the emergency treatment rescuing double sulfur Aaron sample reaction patients and discuss the clinical reason and feature of disease. Methods Randomly select 90 patients with double sulfur Aaron sample reaction from February 2010 to February 2011,sum up the clinical reason,feature and law of disease of the 90 patients,as well as observe the clinical effect of the emergency rescue and summarize the method of rescue and nursing. Results After emergency treatment,the clinical symptoms of 90 patients improve a lot,the symptom grade before the treat and after the treat shows that it is much better after the treat （P 〈 O.05）,and all patients are healed and leave the hospital. Conclusion The timely and reasonable rescue can improve the clinical symptoms.
