网络环境下儿科门诊药房处方调配差错的分析与防范

摘　　要：目的为了保护儿童这一特殊群体的安全用药,儿科门诊药房应该在医院的网络环境下最大限度的降低或杜绝处方的调配差错率。方法文章介绍了网络环境下调配差错的分析方法、造成几种常见的调配差错的原因以及可有效预防出现这些处方调配差错的方法。结果网络环境下儿科门诊药房处方调配差错通常发生在药品名称、规格、剂量、数量、用法用量、药品张冠李戴、禁忌证和药品配伍等方面,医院可通过建立完善的门诊药房工作制度、升级信息系统和加强工作人员的业务学习来预防药房处方调配差错的发生。结论在网络环境使医院药房服务质量和工作效率大大提高的同时,处方调配差错的出现完全可以避免。Objective In order to protect children this special group of safe medication, pediatric dispensary for outpatients should minimize or eliminate the prescription dispensing errors rate in the network environment. Methods This paper introduces the deployment of errors analysis method, resulting in several common deployment error causes and effective prevention of these prescription deployment error in the network environment. Results Pediatric dispensary for outpatients prescription dispensing errors usually occurs in the network environment in the drug name, specification, dose, quantity, usage, contraindications and drug compatibility, etc.. The hospital can prevent pharmacy errors by establishing a perfect hospital outpatient pharmacy work system, upgrade information system and strengthen staff business learning. Conclusion The hospital pharmacy service quality and work efficiency is greatly improved in a network environment. At the same time, prescription deployment error can also be avoided completely.
