摘 要:采用断面收缩率为判据,在热模拟试验机上用高温缓慢拉伸方法,研究了07MnNiCrMoVDR钢的再热裂纹敏感性。分别采用蠕变试验机和小铁研试验,并对研究结果进行了验证。结果表明,采用小热输入焊接时,该钢种对再热裂纹不敏感;大热输入情况下,该钢的再热裂纹敏感温度在600℃左右;实际焊接接头中一般不会出现再热裂纹。With the thermo-mechanioal simulator,the reheat cracking susceptibility of 07MnNiCrMoVDR steel was investigated with tensile test at very low strain rate,and the reduction of area was adopted as evaluation criterion.The results was proved by the creep test machine and Y groove cracking test,respectively.Results indicated that the steel is not sensitive to reheat cracking for welding with low energy input,but sensitive for welding with high energy input.The sensitive temperature is 600℃or so.Reheat cracking will not occur in real welded structures rarely in general.
