摘 要:上海市白龙港污泥处理工程是目前国内规模最大的采用厌氧消化和干化的污泥处理项目,考虑到项目的超大规模和重要定位,从项目前期规划开始就进行了大量的基础研究。设计时该项目采用了基于热量平衡确定产能的新思路和理念,实现近期投资的经济化,降低运行成本;远期无废弃设施而且能满足后续多种污泥处置的要求。在项目的建设管理中,为确保运行稳定和技术可靠,采用了基于质量完全守恒的三维污泥消化器多相流模型的开发技术。通过模拟不同工况条件,准确预测消化池内的水力特性,优化池型及搅拌设备设计,使所采用的设计参数科学合理,理论依据充分。Shanghai Bailongang sludge treatment project is the biggest one which works in terms of sludge digestion and drying in China. A great deal of basic research has been carried out during the process of preliminary planning, considering the super large scale and significant meaning of the work. A method, capacity calculation based on thermal-balance, was adopted in the project de- signing. This new design concept not only ensures investment efficiency by lower the operation cost in the short run, but also satisfies the needs of treating different types of sludge in the future. During the construction and management, a 3D unsteady flow model of sludge digester based on mass conservation was used to ensure stable operation and reliable technology. By simulating different work- ing conditions, this model can accurately predict hydraulic characteristics of particle in digester tanks, helping optimize the design of mixer and the style of the tank, thus ensure a set of rational design parameters and strong theoretical evidence.
