摘　　要：玻璃纤维增强塑料具有自重轻、水流摩阻小、运行耗能低、连接安装方便等优点被广泛地应用于无压管道施工,但是一直未应用于曲线压力管道中。该文根据曲线压力顶管工程的要求,合理确定玻璃纤维增强塑料管的原材料技术要求、管壁结构形式、管材的技术要求、生产过程控制和监造技术等。对产品应进行100%的外观质量和尺寸等的非破坏检验,并按适当比例进行破坏性抽检,最终生产出满足曲线压力顶管工程需要的合格产品。Glass fiber reinforced plastic mortar pipe is widely used with light weight, small friction of flow, low energy consumption, conveniently connection and construction. Based on the construction requirements of the pressure pipes for curved jacking,the rational pipe wall structure and the technical requirements of the raw materials used for pipes were determined. By the supervision on the production process, 100 % inspection for the appearance and size, and proportion destructive test for limited load, the pipes can meet project needs.
