摘　　要：介绍了一种特种印版衬纸应用阳离子分散松香胶在极端pH值条件下的施胶工艺,使产品达到具有较低成纸水抽提pH值的要求。Anionic despersion rosin size is not suitable for the sizing of some special products due to them have critical requirements on sizing degree and pH value of paper water extract. The pH value of system decreases continuously when white water is recycling in production, it causes difficulty of addition of alum. Traditional anionic dispersion rosin size is sensitive to pH value, sizing becomes inefficient if pH value of system is not in the range of 4.6 - 5.3. Cationic dispersion rosin size application technology in the critical conditions, and in the production of special printing plate liner paper, which requires specific pH value of paper water extract, were discussed in this paper.
