排风藤中化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：利用溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、RP-HPLC等色谱方法,从排风藤95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物.通过理化性质和1 H NMR、13 C NMR等光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构为β-谷甾醇(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),N-反式-香豆酰酪胺(3),N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺(4),N-反式阿魏酰基-3-甲氧基酪胺(5),N-trans-feruloylo-ctopamine(6).其中化合物2～6为首次从该植物中分离得到.To study the chemical constituents of Solanum cathayanum.The air-dried stems of this plant were extracted with 95% ethanol.The extracts were separated and purified by normal-phase and reverse-phase silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,RP-HPLC.Six compounds were obtained from Solanum cathayanum and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol（1）,daucosterol（2）,N-trans-p-hydroxy-phenethylcoumaramide（3）,N-trans-p-hydroxy-phenethylferolamide（4）,N-trans-feruloyl-3-methoxytyramine（5）,N-trans-feruloyloctopamine（6） by analysis of their spectral date and chemical properties.Compounds 2~6 were isolated from Solanum lyratum for the first time.
