摘 要:选用120羽健康的1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭苗,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10羽.Ⅰ组饲喂小麦-杂粕基础日粮作为对照,Ⅱ—Ⅳ组分别饲喂添加了0.01%、0.015%和0.02%的纤维素复合酶的基础日粮.试验分为前期(1~14d)和后期(15~42d)2个阶段.结果表明:在试验全期,与对照组相比,添加纤维素复合酶的Ⅱ~Ⅳ试验组都能显著地提高樱桃谷肉鸭的末重、日增重、饲料效率,试验肉鸭末重分别提高了3.04%、4.91%、4.96%(P<0.01),日增重分别提高了3.1%、5.0%、5.1%(P<0.0 1),饲料效率分别提高了5.15%、11.03%、12.87%;提高肉鸭的成活率,1~42日龄肉鸭的成活率均提高了3.47%;能获得较好的经济效益,Ⅱ—Ⅳ组分别提高毛利润24.59%、46.22%、52.70%;Ⅱ组分别与Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组间差异显著(P<0.0 5),Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组间差异不显著(P>0.05).结果提示:小麦-杂粕型饲粮中添加纤维素复合酶可有效提高肉鸭的生产性能和经济效益,纤维素复合酶的适宜添加水平为0.015~0.02%.One hundred and twenty healthy cherry valley ducks of 1 day old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates in each group and ten ducks in each replicate.Ducks in group 1 were fed basal diet containing wheat and various protein meals as a control,while those in group 2 to 4 were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.01%,0.015% and 0.02% cellulose multi-enzymes respectively.Experimental periods consisted o f prophase(1 to 14 d) and anaphase(15 to 42 d).The results showed that during the whole period,the final weights were obviously increased by 3.04%、4.91%、4.96% respectively(p0.01),the average daily gains(ADG) in experimental groups were obviously increased by 3.1%、5.0%、5.1% respectively(p0.01),the feed efficiency were obviously increased by 5.15%、11.03%、12.87%;The survival rate were increased by3.47%;The good economic benefit could be achieved with gross profit to be increased by 24.59%、46.22%、52.70%(p0.01) compared with control group;Difference between group2 and group3,group2 and group4 was significant respectively(P0.05),but that between group3 and group4 was not significant(P0.05).The results suggest that cellulose multi-enzymes preparations can effectively improve the performance and economic benefit of cherry valley ducks,the optimum concentration of cellulose multi-enzymes was 0.015%~0.02%.
