《山海经》的医学地理学价值

摘　　要：《山海经》是我国现存最早的区域地理著作,《山经》各列山系中记载的疾病、药物一定程度上反映了当时疾病和药物的地理分布情况.大体而言,传染病主要流行于黄河中下游地区;精神与神经性疾病在豫西山地及南粤山地较为集中;地甲病和皮肤病主要分布在秦岭山脉;黄土高原外围的贺兰山、阴山、秦岭山脉分布着痈、疽、瘘、疣、痤等肿瘤、疮疡;湿病则主要分布在岭南地区和渭河南岸地区.《山海经》记载的药物和疾病,数量上可与《神农本草经》和《皇帝内经》相媲美,具有重要的医学地理学价值.Shan Hai Jing is the existing earliest book of regional geography in China.As the most important part of the book,Shan Jing,which described the environment of series of mountains,recorded then many kinds of diseases and medicines（mainly herbs）,their places in series of mountains to some extent reflected their geographic distribution.In general,infectious diseases mainly occurred in middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River;mental diseases and neurological diseases were more concentrated in the western mountains of Henan province and in the mountains of Guangdong province;endemic goitre and skin diseases were mainly distributed in the Qinling Mountains;tumors such as carbuncle,gangrene,fistula,warts,acne,and sores were mainly distributed in Helanshan,Yinshan,Qinling Mountains around Loess Plateau.In brief,Shan Hai Jinghas important value of medical geography due to the number of recorded medicines and diseases which could be comparable with the both books Shen Nong＇s Herbal Classic and The Yellow Emperor＇s Classic of Internal Medicine.
