摘　　要：束流检测是加速器调试和运行的重要诊断手段,本设计通过变压器隔离输入、提高输入阻抗、利用锁定放大器来剔除干扰信号、以及触发电路应用CD4098使脉冲宽展构成束流检测电路,得到了一种应用于电子辐照加速器的低频窄脉冲束流,并给出了实验实测结果.该检测仪具有可靠性好、精度高、测量直观等优点.Accelerator beam detection is an important means to diagnose the debugging and operation. A design for narrow and low frequency pulse beam detect was given in the paper, consisting of pulse isolated in input with Transformer, improved input impedance and eliminated interference with Lock - in Amplifier. CD4098 was used in the detect system in order to widen the pulse. The design has a lot of advantages, such as good Reliability, high precision, Intuitional measurement and so on.
