摘 要:全面抗战爆发后,国民政府迁都西南。为保证前线之军需和稳定大后方之经济,开辟和保持国际运输线路,从国外获取必须的物资补给,是当时极为重要的战略目标之一。随着战争形势与国际关系的变化,国民政府国际运输线路也不断地进行变更。保持国际运输线路的通畅,打破日军的国际交通战略封锁,是当时国民政府的战略任务之一;同时,也符合世界反法西斯国家的联盟战略,在我国抗战史上占有重要的一页。After the Sino - Japanese War broke out, the then national government moved to the southwest. It was one of the most important strategic targets to ensure the military needs at the front and the economic stability in the rear area, to open up and maintain the international transport lines so as to obtain the necessary supplies from abroad. With the change of the war situation and international relationship, the international transport line was also changed time and again by the then national government. It was one of their strategic tasks to keep the international transport routes clear and to break the strategic blockade of the line imposed by Japanese invaders. This strategy conformed to the alliance one to go against the fascist countries in the world, and occupied an important page in the history of the Anti -Japanese War.
