摘 要:介绍了复杂环境条件下钢筋混凝土梁式桥爆破拆除的实例。对整体定向倒塌和分段原地坍塌2种爆破方案进行了详细分析、比较。采用的分段原地坍塌方案不需要爆破预处理立柱周围桥墩,相对整体定向倒塌方案工期缩短。最为关键的是:大桥各跨在倒塌下落过程中,由于碰撞立柱下的桥墩而受阻挡,不仅坍塌触地震动相对整体定向倒塌方案要大幅减小,对排灌站安全有保障,而且,桥体解体更为充分,便于机械二次破碎。另外,所采取的柔性钢丝网、稻草、彩条布等多层材料覆盖的防护措施,简便易行,十分经济。The practical blasting demolition blast of reinforced concrete beam bridge in complex environment was introduced. Sophisticated analysis and comparison were carried on between two exploding schemes, namely whole di- rectional collapse and sectional In-place collapse. Compared with the whole directional collapse scheme, the adoption of sectional In-place collapse scheme needn't to handle bridge piers around the columns, and shorten the project time. Above all, due to the obstruction caused by the collision with piers under columns in the collapsing and falling process, compared with the whole directional one, each bridge span will not only reduce the touchdown vibration greatly for the security of the pumping station, but the disintegration is more sufficient, convenient for secondary me- chanical disruption as well. In addition, its simple and affordable for the flying rocks protective measure of being cov- ered by multi-layers of materials such as flexible steel mesh, straw and color of the cloth.
