摘　　要：骨筋膜间室综合征是一种严重疾病,病死及致残率高,预后差。近年来国内外关于骨筋膜间室综合征的认识在不断的加深,本文就其诊治及护理进行一综述。诊治骨筋膜间室综合征的关键是早期诊断,及时切开减压,防止多脏器功能衰竭。密切观察患者的体征变化是十分重要的,早期有效的治疗和全面的护理才能降低病死及致残率,得到一个较好的预后。Compartment syndrome is a severe situation which ends badly with high mortality. This article reviews the recent development and insights into the treatment and nursing of this syndrome. The key treatment for compartment syndrome is early diagnosis and depressing incision, in case of MODS. It is crucial to keep an eye on the vital signs of the patients, and imply early and effective treatments and nursing measures.
