足三里注射曲马多联合安定静推用于分娩镇痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨曲马多足三里注射联合静脉推注安定在分娩过程中的镇痛效果。方法 400例足月产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各200例,观察组给予曲马多足三里注射联合安定静脉推注,对照组仅给予肘静脉推注安定进行分娩镇痛,观察两组产妇镇痛效果、产程时间、产后出血量、剖宫产率、自然分娩率、新生儿窒息率等。结果观察组镇痛有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组总产程时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),产后出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.01),剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿窒息率在两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射曲马多联合静脉推注安定用于分娩镇痛疗效肯定,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with in diazepam intravenous injection delivery analgestie. Methods 400 puerperae were randomly divided into the observation group（200 cases） and the control group（200 cases）, the observation group were given Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with in diazepam intravenous injection, and the control group were given diazepam intravenous injection, then we contrasted the analgestic effects, duration of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section rate, natural childbirth rate, and neonatorum asphyxia rate between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the analgestic effective rate was significantly higher（/~ 〈 0.01）, duration of labor significantly shorter（P 〈 0.01）, postpartum hemorrhage significantly less（P 〈 0.01）, cesarean section rate significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）, natural childbirth rate significantly higher（P 〈 0.05） than the control group. But there was no significantly differences in neonatorum asphyxia rate between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Zusanli point injection of tramadol combined with diazepam intravenous injection has a good effect in delivery analgestie, and safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
