女性皮肤老化患者特征及相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨女性皮肤老化特征及相关因素。方法收集笔者所在医院2005～2011年收治的368例皮肤老化患者病例资料和相关检测结果,作为实验组,并统计相关问卷表调查,对比同期皮肤科门诊收治的120例非皮肤老化患者资料,作为对照组。结合VisioscanVC98定量测量脸部皱纹的结果,就身高体重、雌激素水平、月经情况、年龄、生育史、皮肤干油性、室内外工作、吸烟、文化程度等相关因素进行研究分析。结果实验组表现为皱纹92.1%,色斑80.2%,干燥脱屑49.7%,暗黄、色素加深45.4%;对照组皱纹56.7%,色斑31.7%,干燥脱屑15.0%,暗黄、色素加深14.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且最为显著特征为皱纹和色斑;与皮肤老化相关性中,随着雌激素的减少、皮肤干性、室外工作以及文化程度越低,皮肤老化越严重,其中以雌激素水平最为密切。结论皱纹和色斑为中国女性皮肤老化的主要特征,雌激素水平是影响女性皮肤老化的关键因素。Objective To estimate the characteristics and associated factors of skin aging in women. Methods Regaurded the 328 skin aging women patients who were taken in during from 2005 to 2011 as experiment group and questionnaires were designed and delivered to collect related data and ease history of them. Then compared to the 120 no- skin aging patients who were taken in during the same time and regarded as controlled group in height, weight, the level of estrin, the condition of menstruation, ages, the history of giving-birth, the classify of skin, in or out of the office, whether smoking and the level of study. Results The date of the 368 women shown that the symptoms of the skin aging were rhytides（92.2%）, colored spot（79.3%）, aridity and desquamation（48.5%）, ochrodermia and pigmentation（45.6%）, and the most conspicuous symptoms were rhytides and colored spot（P 〈 0.05）; as the lower of the level of estrin, the drier of skin, out of the office and higher level of study, the chance of skin aging was more big, especially the factor of estrin. Conclusion The most conspicuous symptoms of skin aging are rhytides and colored spot. The level of estrin is the main factor which decides the process of skin aging.
