摘  要:在总结国内外活性焦干法烟气净化技术的工程应用及相关技术数据的基础上,从产业结构及工艺优化等方面提出应用推广该技术所存在的问题,并提出了调整产业结构,实现活性焦的集约化、规模化生产,以及通过严格监控吸附床运行条件,合理分布大型化装置的烟气流,统筹利用各生产环节产生的热量等优化系统工艺。Based on summarizing engineering examples and relevant technical data of using activated coke to dry flue gas integrated purification technology at home and abroad, the problems existing in ap- plication and popularization of said technology in aspects of industrial structure reorganization and technological optimization have been put forward, and the relevant solution schems being discussed. The industral structure has to be reorganized,so as to realize intensification of activated coke prepara- tion and large - scale production. Through strictly monitoring operation condition of the absorption bed,reasonably distributing flue gas flow in large - scale facility, as well as fully and reasonably utili- zing the heat produced from each production link, so as to optimize the systematic technological process.
