摘 要:分别对某电厂燃煤锅炉炉内的湍流、燃烧及传热过程进行数值模拟,模拟结果显示炉内速度场和温度场分布合理,但2、3级过热器屏底及炉膛出口处的左右两侧水冷壁会产生结渣。通过变工况模拟分析得出,关闭中间层一次风喷口及其相邻的二次风喷口挡板,既可防止气流刷壁、炉膛出口及侧墙结渣,还可适当分散燃烧器区域的热负荷,降低炉膛出口烟温。The model ot turbulence, combustion, and heat exchange process m the turnace ot coal - txred boiler in one power plant has been separately established, and numerical simulation being carried out. Results of simulation show that the distribution of velocity field and temperature field in the furnace is reasonable,but slagging may occur on water-wall at right and left sides of the furnace outlet,and at the platen's bottom. Through simulation and analysis of variable operating condition, conclusion can be obtained as in the following:by closing the nozzle of primary air and the neighbouring nozzle of second- ary air at the mid - level, the wall - brushing gas flow and slagging at the furnace outlet and at the side -wall can be prevented,as well as dispersing thermal load suitably in the burners' region,the flue gas temperature at furnace outlet can be reduced.
