摘 要:某电厂将HP1003中速磨煤机的离心式分离器改造为旋转式分离器后,进行了磨煤机性能试验,明确了旋转分离器转速对煤粉细度、煤粉均匀性指数、磨煤机电流及差压的影响。试验结果表明,改为旋转分离器后,煤粉细度的可调范围增大,磨煤机出口各支粉管的煤粉分配均匀性得到明显改善,煤粉分配最大偏差较改造前减小了20%。The centrifugal classifier of HP1003 type medium speed coal pulverizer in one power plant has been retrofitted into a rotary classifier, and the performance test being carried out, so as to make clear about the influence of rotary classifier's rotation speed upon some main parameters of the coal pulverizer,i, e. the fineness of pulverized coal,the uniformity index of pulverized coal, the electric cur- rent and ventilation resistance of coal pulverizer etc.. Results of test show that the optimal rotation speed of rortary classifier was 80 r/min for coal -feed amount being 48 t/h and 40 t/h,and the optimal rotation the adju amoung speed was 70 r/min for coal- feed amout being 30 t/h. After retrofitting into rotary classifier, stable range of coal fineness has increased, and the apportioning uniformity of pulverized coal the conveying branch pipes from outlet of the coal pulverizer has improved obviously.
