摘  要:根据直接空冷系统性能试验的实践研究,阐述了VGB导则的不完善之处,并提出对应修正方法及建议,包括空冷系统性能试验时真空严密性指标≤200Pa/min;根据试验目的和设备状态不同,可采用不同位置测量空冷凝汽器进风温度;试验计算时风机功率修正系数取1,增加风机频率修正系数;空冷风机功耗的考核指标规定为设计环境条件及设计风机频率下的功耗在±3%设计值范围内为合格;环境风速规定为在各试验工况有效时间内,空冷凝汽器上边缘1m高度处的平均环境风速≤5m/s。Based on practice and research in performance test of direct air- cooling system, some imper- fect points stipulated in VGB guidlines have been expounded,and the tightness of vacuum during per- formance test of air cooling system has to be≤200 Pa/min being put forward. On the basis of differ- ent purposes of test and different situations of equipments,the temperature of wind entering into air- cooling condenser at different locations may be adopted, the correct coefficient of fan's power can be selected as 1 in calculation during test;and adding correction coefficient for frequency of the fan; the certified power consumption range under designed environment condition and designed frequency of said fan has to be ± 3 % of the disigned value specified in evaluation indices of power consumption for air- cooling fans;the average environmental wind speed at height 1 m above the upper edge of the air- cooling condenser has to be≤5 m/s in effective time of every test condition was stipulated as the envi- ronmental wind speed.
