高低频超声联合诊断华支睾吸虫病的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨高低频超声联合应用在诊断华支睾吸虫病应用价值。方法:应用高、低频超声结合对临床确诊华枝睾吸虫病患者进行检查,收集超声图像资料进行回顾性分析。结果:低频超声可显示肝脏大体改变及肝内Ⅰ、Ⅱ级以下胆道、肝外胆道及胆囊大体情况;低频超声显示Ⅱ、Ⅲ级以上胆管改变。结论:高低频超声联合应用在华支睾吸虫病诊断中具有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the evaluation of the low and high frequency ultrasound combined in diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis. Methods To examine clinical definite Clonorchis sinensis patients with high and low frequency ultrasound combined, the ultrasonographis were reviewed retrospectively. Results The low - frequency ultrasound displayed the liver and the Ⅰ/Ⅱ level bile duct , extrahepatic biliary tract and gallbladder ultrasono graph ;low ＇ frequency ultrasound displayed the Ⅱ/Ⅲ level bile duct and above intrahepatic bile duct. Conclusion The combination of low and high frequency ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of clonorehiasis sinensis.
