摘 要:目的:探讨DR双能量减影诊断肋骨骨折的方法。方法:对64例患者进DR双能量减影摄影检查,每例患者分别获得标准图像、软组织像及骨组织像。对骨组织像和标准像进行后处理,使胸部肋骨得到最清晰的显示,比较骨组织像、胸部标准像对肋骨骨折的显示率。结果:胸部标准像显示肋骨骨折116处,显示率85.3%;双能量减影骨组织像显示肋骨骨折136处,显示率为100%。经统计学分析,双能量减影骨组织像对肋骨骨折的显示率高于胸部标准像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双能量减影能提高肋骨骨折的检出率,且减轻患者的痛苦,建议将双能量减影技术作为肋骨骨折的首选检查手段。Objetive: To explore the DR dual energy subtraction in diagnosis of rib fracture method. Method 64 eases of patients with DR dual - energy subtraction radiography examination,each patient were obtained the standard image,soft tissue and bone tissue like. On bone tissue image and standard image post proeessing, so that the chest rib are roost dearly shown, comparison of bone tissues like, chest like standard for rib fracture rate. Results the chest like standard display rib fracture in 116, showing that the rate of 85.3 % ;bone image of dual energy subtraction display rib fracture in 136, showing that the rate of 100 %. By statistical analysis, bone image of dual energy subtraction on rib fracture display rate is higher than the chest like standard, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Dual energy subtraction can improve the detection rate of rib fracture, and to alleviate the suffering of patients, suggest that the dual energy subtraction technique as the preferred means of rib fraeture.
