摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定鹿茸草中木犀草素的含量方法。方法:采用Agilent XDB C18(5μm,250×4.6mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(55:45)为流动相,检测波长350nm,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:在25.02~150.12μg.mL-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.1%,RSD为1.27%(n=6)。结论:所建立的含量测定方法简便可行,重复性良好,可用于鹿茸草药材的质量监控。Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of luteolin in Monochasma sheareri Maxim. Methods: The samples were separated on an Agilent XDB C18 (5μm, 250× 4. 6mm) column with methanol--phosphoric acid solulion (55:45) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The wave length was set at 350 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results:The standard calibration curves was linear in the ranges o f 25. 02-150. 12μg·mL^-1(r=0. 999 3). The average recoveries of the method of luteolin were 103.1% (RSD =1.27 % ). Conclusion:The method established was successfully applied to quantify the luteolin in Monochasma sheareri Maxim collected in different places, which is helpful to control the quality.
