摘 要:某合成氨企业一氧化碳变换装置原设计采用高水气比耐硫变换工艺,针对该装置在试生产中出现的问题,进行原因分析并提出相应的优化改造措施。改造后,预变换催化剂使用寿命由6个月延长至2年,中压蒸汽消耗从134 t/h降至101 t/h,装置出口变换气中CO体积分数由0.45%(干基)降至设计值0.40%(干基),吨氨消耗粗煤气量由2 115 m3(标态,干基)降至2 106 m3(标态,干基),达到节能降耗、长周期稳定运行的目的。In a certain ammonia plant the original design of the carbon monoxide shift converter is based on the sulfur-resistant conversion process with a high water-gas ratio, and in view of the problems in trial production of the converter causes are analyzed and relevant optimized renovation measures proposed. After the reform the service life of the pro-conversion catalyst prolongs from 6 months to 2 years, the consumption of medium-pressure steam reduces from 134 t/h to 101 t/h , the CO volume fraction of the exit shifted gas drops from 0.45% ( dry basis) to the designed value of 0.04% (dry basis) , and the consumption of crude gas decrease from 2 115 m3 ( standard conditions, dry basis) per ton of ammonia to 2 106 m3 ( standard conditions, dry basis) , meeting the aim of energy saving and decrease in consumption and stable operation in a long period.
