摘 要:分析了一种利用两个金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)串联提高开关器件组整体耐压以满足高输入电压小功率DC/DC应用要求的电路。电路中主开关管由控制芯片直接驱动,次开关管由相应的辅助电路进行浮地驱动,辅助电路同时还能对串联开关管进行有效的分压。结合准谐振反激DC/DC变换器对开关器件及辅助电路的开通、关断机理进行了详细分析,并对开关管分压问题进行了重点讨论,提出降低开关管电压应力的方案。最后用一台350~800 V输入、75 W输出的样机验证了理论分析的正确性,也表明此电路具有可靠性好,成本低,适用的输入电压范围宽等优点。A series-connected metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) circuit is proposed for high input voltage DC/DC converter with low rated power.Using series-connected switches the voltage stress of a single device can be reduced.In the proposed circuit the master switch is directly driven by the control IC and the slave switch is driven by the auxiliary circuit.At the same time,effective voltage sharing is realized by the auxiliary circuit. When applied in a quasi-resonant fly back DC/DC converter, the turn-on and turn-off mechanisms of the circuit are analyzed.After that the voltage sharing problem are discussed, solutions are given to reduce the voltage stress of the switch.A 75 W prototype with 350-800 V input is built up to verify the theoretical analysis and the merits like high reliability,low cost and the capability of using in a wide rang input voltage situation are also demonstrated.
