摘　　要：在分析创建"温馨护理科室"的内涵与深化背景的基础上,提出深化"温馨护理科室"创建的工作举措:针对护理工作薄弱环节,加强了护理服务措施;按照优质护理服务要求,注重了护理服务细节;根据患者护理服务需求,增加了护理服务内容。并总结了深化"温馨护理科室"创建的成效:主动服务意识增强,方便患者的服务更到位;自制服务卡片增进交流,亲切用语增添温馨氛围;科学管理护理环境,病区更美、更静、更安全;注重个性化护理服务,加强护理环境文化建设。Based on the analysis on the concept and background of ＂Warm Nursing Department＂, the measures for deepening the warm nursing department were proposed ： strengthening the nursing service measures, according to the weak point in nursing work; paying attention to the nursing service details, according to the high quality nursing service requirements; increasing the nursing service content, according to the patient care service demands. This paper also summarized the results of this activity, namely, the active service consciousness has been enhanced, convenient services for patients have been improved; homemade service card enhancing communications, kind term adds warm atmosphere; scientific management care environment, ward is more beautiful, static and safe; personalized care services has been carried out, care environment culture construction has been strengthened.
