住院患者对男护士接纳程度调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解住院患者对男护士的接纳程度及影响因素,为男护士在临床护理工作中实现自身价值提供参考。方法采用自行设计问卷,问卷内容包括住院患者的基本资料,对男护士的认知程度,从事护理工作的接纳情况以及对男护士工作的满意度和期望值,对某三家医院152例住院患者进行调查。结果 50%以上的患者及家属能够接受男护士的护理,对细心、沟通优势方面表示认可,71%的住院患者认同男护士在未来的护理行业中有很好的发展前途。结论住院患者对男护士的了解和接纳程度属中等水平,需男护士努力发挥自身资源优势,不断稳固专业思想,提高综合素质。Objective ：To know the acceptance degree to male nurse in inpatients and the influencing factor, provide references for male nurse in their work. Method ： The questionnaire is designed by the author and its content is composed of the patients＇base information. And their cognition, the acceptance situation, the degree of satisfaction and expectations to nursing service from men nurses. This questionnaire is carried out within 152 inpatients as responders in provincial hospital, municipal hospital and prefectural hospital. Result： The questionnaire shows more than 50% responders have received the service from male nurses, and these inpatients approve their carefulness and communicating advantage. 71% patients think there will be a promising future in the men nursing service field. Conclusion：The understanding and acceptance situation to men nursing service was kept at medium level, there is still room for further development. Male nurses are required to strengthen professional ideology, promote operating skills and enhance personal quality gradually to meet the social and patients＇ needs.
