摘　　要：医务社会工作是衡量医疗卫生服务体系现代化、服务质量和健康公平程度的重要视角,对于适应医学模式转变、改善医疗卫生服务具有重要意义。在总结医务社会工作的国际经验的基础上,对国内医务社会工作现状和存在问题进行梳理,分析了加快发展医务社会工作的必要性和可行性,并提出了发展医务社会工作相关政策建议。Medical social work is a special perspective to measure the level of modernity, quality and equity on health service system. Promoting medical social work is an important step to adapt to the changing medical pattern, and to improve health services. This paper summarized the experiences learned from western countries on medical social work, discussed domestic status and problems in this issue, analyzed the necessity and feasibility to accelerate the development of medical social work in China, and to provide policy recommendations for further reform andimprovement in this field.
