我国体育大学生创业教育存在的问题及策略研究

摘　　要：我国传统师范类体育专业大学生的培养目标是中小学校的体育教师,然而,随着大学的不断扩招和体育教师岗位的不断缩减,体育大学生的就业矛盾日渐凸显。但随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对高水平大众健身领域的渴求也越来越强烈,就业市场的变化对体育大学生传统的就业观念提出了新的要求和期望。大学生创业教育培养了顺应时代发展的创新人才,满足了不同人群对运动健康的需求,同时,体育专业大学生也找到了实现自我价值的领域。体育大学生创业教育在教学和实践中还存在各种不足和矛盾有待于进一步的改善,但创新创业型的体育人才必将通过大学生创新、创业教育的培养来实现。Traditional goal of training normal college students majoring in physical education in China is the PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,however,with the University continued expansion and shrinking of PE teacher jobs,sports of college students employment conflicts become more and more prominent.But with the continual improvement in people's living standards in China,people thirst for high level public health areas are more and more strong,changes in the employment market of sports of college students of traditional employment idea put forward new demands and expectations.Pioneering innovative talents cultivation comply with the development of education,meet the needs of different populations on health and physical education students also found the self-realization of the value field.Enterprise Education for college students in the teaching of physical education and practice in the various gaps and contradictions exist need to be further improved,but the creative talents of sports will be achieved through innovation,entrepreneurship education training of college students.
