空分设备冷箱内低温设备及管道标准化评价体系探析

摘　　要：目前,国内大中型空分设备主要是以非标产品的形式设计、制造,这已成为空分行业精益化进程的一个瓶颈。针对这个现状,分析了冷箱内低温设备及管道标准化的影响因素,使用AHP构建了一套评价体系。Currently, domestic large- and medium-sized air separation plants are mainly designed and manufactured in form of non-standard products, which becomes a neck in lean progress of air separation industry. The factors affecting standardization of the low-temperature equipment and pipelines in cold box are analyzed and a set of assessment system is established with AHP.
