摘　　要：针对莱芜天元5# KZONAr-8700/6000/370型空分设备存在的过冷器阻力大、空气增压机控制系统老化和放空阀内漏等问题,实施氮气、污氮气管路系统,以及空气增压机控制系统的改造,增加加工空气量,降低上塔操作压力,提高了氧、氩的产品产量。简介空分设备需改进的方面,阐述改造方案及其可行性分析和具体的实施过程。In consideration of excessively high resistance of sub-cooler, aging of air booster control system and inner leakage of venting valve in Laiwu Tianyuan Gas Model KZONAr-8700/6000/370 air separation plant, the pipeline system of gaseous nitrogen and waste gaseous nitrogen, and the air booster control system are reformed, the processing air volume and output of product the oxygen and argon are increased, and the operation pressure in upper tower in decreased. The issues to be improved for the air separation plant are briefed, and the reform scheme, and its feasibility analysis and implementation process are described.
