加强研究生导师队伍建设是保证研究生培养质量的关键

摘　　要：研究生培养质量的关键在于加强研究生导师的队伍建设。从师生互动、导师学术水平、导师德育建设、导师学术作风及导师考核体制等方面对研究生导师队伍建设中的问题进行客观的评价分析,借鉴国内外相关经验,提出减少导师行政负担、规范导师选拔、重视师德建设、改革导师考核模式、放宽择师标准、建立导师团队等措施来改善现有问题,以切实提高我国研究生的培养质量。The quality of postgraduates education is mainly decided by the team construction of Graduate tutors. This article discussed current problems in Graduate tutor team eonstruction,like interaction between tutors and students, tutor＇s academie level, tutor occupation morality, tutor＇s academie style, tutor＇s evaluation system and so on. According to those good experiences, the authors suggested that universities should reduce the administrative burden of tutors, improve mentor selection mechanism,pay more attention to tutors＇ morality construction, reform tutor evaluation model, build flexible tutor selection mechanism and tutor teams to improve the current problems in graduate tutor system and the quality of graduate education in our country.
