摘　　要：思想道德修养与法律基础课程是帮助大学生端正思想,提高道德素质和法律素质的一门课程,对于大学生的成长成才有着非常重要的意义。为了提高学生的学习兴趣,增强教学实效,教师在教学改革上做了很多探索和尝试。其中,案例教学法是其中最值得推广的有效方法之一。如何选择好一个教学案例和如何组织好一个案例教学是做好案例教学的关键所在。Ideological and moral Cultivation and Law Basics is a course helping university students to establish correct ideology,increase quality of moral and law. It has very important function to the growing up of students. Many teachers paid much attention to teaching innovation in order to enhanee students＇ studying interesting and advance teaching effect. The author finds that case teaching is the most efficient method to be spread. The key is how to select and how to analyz teaching Cases.
