摘  要:以蓖麻油和季戊四醇为原料,通过皂化,酯化合成蓖麻油酸季戊四醇酯,研究了原料配比,催化剂用量,反应温度,反应时间等对酯化反应的影响。最佳条件为:蓖麻油与季戊四醇的摩尔比为1.1∶1,催化剂用量为蓖麻油酸质量的0.5%,反应温度180—200℃,反应时间4h.生成的蓖麻油酸季戊四醇酯为黄色透明液体,产率为89.12%,用红外光谱进行了定性分析,证明了目标产物的存在,采用了热重/差热综合热分析仪研究了其热稳定性,采用了运动黏度测定仪研究了其黏温性能。结果表明:其润滑性能、热稳定性、黏温性能满足润滑油基础油的要求。With castor oil and pentaerythritol as raw material, castor oleic acid ester was synthesized by the saponifi- cation and esterification. The ratio of raw material, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the esteriflcation of influence was studied. And the best conditions were as follows: castor oil and pentaerythritol mole ratio of 1.1 : 1, catalyst dosage of the mass of oleic acid castor for 0.5 %, reaction temperature 180--200 ℃, re- action time 4 h. The Castor oleic acid pentaerythritol ester was a kind of yellow transparent liquid, production rate was 89.12%. It proved the existence of the target product with infrared spectra of qualitative analysis. It studied the thermal stability-good using a hot heavy/difference heat integrated thermal analyzer and the sticky temperature performance with the motion viscosity locator. It showed a good properties as lubricadn~ oil.
