摘  要:针对目前水轮机蜗壳常规水力设计方法中存在的不足,合理划分水轮机蜗壳内水力损失的组成,建立水轮机蜗壳内的水力损失计算模型,改善水轮机蜗壳的水力性能.以水轮机蜗壳的水力损失为目标函数,以沿水轮机蜗壳周向断面的速度矩分布规律为设计变量,对水轮机蜗壳进行优化设计.通过实际编程计算证明,采用变速度矩法设计出的水轮机蜗壳达到了减少水力损失,提高水轮机蜗壳水力性能的目的.Aimed at the defects available in conventional means of rational dividing hydraulic loss in water turbine hydraulic design method of full spiral casing. By spiral casing into several parts, a hydraulic loss calculation model of water turbine spiral casing was built up to improve its hydraulic performance. Taking the hydraulic losses in spiral casing as the objective function and the circumferential section velocity mo- ment distribution regularity as design variables, the optimization design of the spiral casing was per- formed. By means of an actual programming calculation, it was verified that the hydraulic loss could be re- duced by using variable velocity moment method to design the spiral casing, so that tl^e goal of improve- ment on the hydraulic performance would be achieved.
