基于条形码技术的高值耗材管理难点探析

摘　　要：目的:从采购、入库验收、出库、使用、收费、结账等各环节对医用高值耗材进行监管。方法:利用条形码唯一性原理,将高值耗材物流、财务和临床信息有机串联成完整的信息链,进行分析和管理。结果:扫描条形码实现自动计费,全程监控保证高值耗材的可溯源性,一物一码避免了重复使用。结论:规范流程、公开透明,提高了安全性,改变了高值耗材粗放式管理的传统做法。Objective： We conduct the supervision of high value medical consumable from the aspect of purchasing, inventory acceptance, delivery of cargo from storage, usage, charging and checking out. Methods： We used an unique principle of bar code to integrate high value consumables physical distribution, financial information and clinical information into an information chain for convenient analysis and management. Results： The barcode was scanned to realize automatic billing and processing monitoring to guarantee that the high value consumables can be traceable. Conclusion： Standard procedure, to be open and transparent are important to improve security and change the way of the traditional management of the high value consumables.
