利用移动型DSA设备建立“杂交手术室”的探讨

摘　　要："杂交手术室"是既可以进行介入手术治疗,又可满足传统外科手术要求的手术室,去除了术中转移的环节,从而提高了手术的安全性。建立"杂交手术室"是医学发展和医院建设的趋势,一个完善的"杂交手术室"是未来手术室建设的目标。先进的"杂交手术室"应该拥有可开展各种手术的功能,同时还具备现场应用多种影像学设备的功能。通过介绍杂交手术室的基本概念和特点、"杂交手术室"对于现代医疗的重要性以及数字减影血管造影(DSA)设备的概念和特点,以利用移动式DSA构建"杂交手术室"为例,阐述如何建立"杂交手术室",同时对其中存在的问题进行探讨。The hybrid operating room can serve both as an interventional operating room and a traditional surgical operation room. It avoids the transfer between different operating rooms, thereby improving the safety of the operations. The development of the hybrid operating room is the trend of the development of modern medicine and the hospital, and a perfect hybrid operating room can be considered as the goal and standard of building an operating room in the future. Advanced hybrid operating rooms can have various operations performed and various imaging equipment applied. The authors introduce the concept and features of a hybrid operating room, its importance for modern medicine and the characteristics of digital subtraction angiograghy （DSA） equipment, elaborate how to build a hybrid operating room by citing an example inwhich a mobiie DSA equipment was applied, anci discuss the existing problems as well.
