四种进口血液透析机性能原理初探

摘　　要：目的:比较4种进口血液透析机的原理和性能参数,找出各自的优点和不足供临床医务工作者和维修工程师参考。方法:学习进口血液透析机的维修手册,参加血液透析机的维修工程师培训,通过实际动手操作而获得维护、维修血液透析机的经验。结果:通过学习培训,了解到贝尔克单泵和双泵(可做血液透析滤过)、金宝单泵和双泵(可做在线血液透析滤过)、贝朗Dialog+单泵和双泵(可做在线血液透析滤过)、费森尤斯单泵和双泵(可做在线血液透析滤过)4种不同的血液透析机其原理各不相同,性能参数也各有差异。结论:学习和掌握这些不同的原理和性能参数,对正确选用、使用、维护和维修血液透析机是有所帮助的。Objective： To compare the principle and property parameters of four import haemodialysis machines so as to find out their advantages and disadvantages to provide the reference for clinicians and maintenance engineers. Methods： The experience in the maintenance and repair of import haemodialysis machines can be gained by reading maintenance manuals carefully, attending training courses for maintenance engineers, and practicing in the maintenance and repair. Results： It was learned that the four import haemodialysis machines, Bellco single pump and double pump （can provide hemodiafiltration treatment）,Gambro single pump and double pump （can provide online hemodiafiltration treatment）, B Braun single pump and double pump （can provide online hemodiafiltration treatment） and Fresenius single pump and double pump （can provide online hemodiafiltration treatment）,had different principles and property parameters. Conclusion： Learning and mastering the principles and property parameters of haemodialysis machines are helpful to the correct selection, use, maintenance and repair of the machines.
