潜阳活血汤治疗中风病先兆证60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价潜阳活血汤治疗中风先兆证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲对照研究方法,将120例中风先兆症患者随机分为潜阳活血汤治疗组和肠溶阿司匹林对照组,分别用药治疗4周后,观察两组治疗前后中医证候、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候较对照组15 d有明显改善,30 d有显著改善(两组30 d后全血高、中、低切粘度和血浆粘度均有改善,而治疗组改善显著(t=22.73,26.83,39.31,3.38;P<0.01)。结论:潜阳活血汤能够明显改善中风先兆症患者临床症状,其有关血液流变学全血及血浆粘度检查指标改善显著。Objective： To investigate the effect of Qianyang Huoxue decoction on patients with premonitory apoplexy symptoms. Methods： A simple-blind, randomized and controlled study was carried out on 120 patients with premonitory apoplexy symptoms. All the patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group received Qianyang Huoxue decoction and the control group received enteric coated aspirin for 4 weeks. The TCM syndromes and the levels of hemorrheology indexes were examined before and after treatment. Results： Compared with pre-treatment, the TCM syndromes in the treatment group improved obviously after 15 days of treatment, and improved significantly after 30days of treatment. The levels of blood viscosity and shear rates of high cut, middle cut and low cut in the two groups improved obviously, and those in the treatment group improved more significantly as compared with pre-treatment （r=22.73, 26.83, 39.31 and 3.38, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Qianyang Huoxue decoction can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with premonitory apoplexy symptoms and the levels of hemorrheology indexes and blood viscosity improve significantly.
