青钱柳地上部分的化学成分研究

摘　　要：从青钱柳Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal)ljinskaja.地上部分分离出14个化合物,通过NMR波谱方法和理化性质考察分别鉴定为山柰酚(1),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(3),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-(4′′-E-p-香豆酰基)吡喃鼠李糖苷(5),青钱柳酸B(6),阿江榄仁酸(7),2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(8),2α-羟基乌苏酸(9),齐墩果酸(10),槲皮素(11),异槲皮苷(12),β-谷甾醇(13),胡萝卜苷(14)。化合物2、3、5和8为首次从青钱柳属中分离得到。Fourteen compounds were isolated and purified from the aerial parts of Cyclocarya paliurus,they were identified by NMR spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical properties as kaempferol（1）,kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyrano side（2）,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside（3）,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-gluco pyranoside（4）,kaempferol-3-O-α-L-（4′′-E-p-coumaroyl）-rhamnopyranoside（5）,cyclocaric acid B（6）,arjunolic acid（7）,2α,3β,23-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursolic acid（8）,2α-hydroxyursolic acid（9）,oleanic acid（10）,quercetin（11）,isoquercitrin（12）,β-sitosterol（13）,daucosterol（14）,compounds 2、3、5 and 8 were first isolated from this genus Cyclocarya.
