摘　　要：介绍了并条工序的主要任务及对质量的影响，探讨了并合根数与短绒增长之间的矛盾；并合倍数对成纱重量不匀率的影响；并合工艺在不同流程中对质量的影响；并合对牵伸附加不匀的影响；并合工艺道数配合之间的影响；同时通过对并合工艺合理的控制，能够有效降低疵点，提高产品质量。The main task and of the processes and the impact on the quality, number of roots of the blend in- creased with the contradiction between the short fiber; merging multiple of the weight of yarn unevenness of the impact; merging process in the different processes the impact on quality; and close to the uneven impact of addi- tional drawing; merging process between the channel number with the impact; the same time through the merging process and reasonable control, to reduce defects, improve product oualitv.
